QFEX: Trading Rewards, Fees and Eligibility

QFEX combines a three-level referral program with trading promotions in its Rewards Hub. Referred traders receive a 10% fee discount processed as a refund, while referrers can receive a share of trading fees. The baseline referral rates are 10% for direct referrals, 2% for the second level and 1% for the third. Higher tiers depend on substantial direct-referral trading volume and qualifying trader counts.

Check eligibility before creating or funding an account. QFEX’s official FAQ excludes new users in the United States, United Kingdom, Spain and other listed jurisdictions. Readers in those locations should treat this as an informational guide and must not bypass the restrictions. Identity verification and other onboarding requirements may apply.

About QFEX

QFEX is a hybrid perpetual futures exchange with a central limit order book and 24/7 markets. Its official documentation describes contracts on traditional assets, including stocks, indices and commodities. A perpetual contract provides price exposure; it is not direct ownership of the underlying share or commodity. QFEX lists General Catalyst and Y Combinator among its backers.

How the current rewards work

The official referral table lists default commissions of 10% / 2% / 1%. Tier 2 pays 15% / 3% / 2%, requiring at least $15 million in direct-referred volume and five direct referrals each trading at least $500,000 in the same rolling 30 days. Tier 3 pays 20% / 4% / 2%, requiring $30 million and ten direct referrals each trading at least $1 million. Only direct-referral activity counts toward these thresholds. Rates are reassessed daily and can fall. Approved affiliates have a separate program.

The Loss Refunds Program selects 20% of eligible losing users at random. Selected accounts receive their reward-period realized loss back, capped at $2,000 per account per draw. The live page requires account verification, a connected X account, at least a $100 deposit, a first trade before the period closes, and at least $100,000 in notional taker volume during that period. Users must opt in each week on the terminal Rewards page. A qualifying loss does not guarantee a refund.

Do not trade solely to reach a promotional threshold. The loss-refund page explicitly says the program is not a hedge and warns that losses can exceed the initial deposit. Fees, funding, slippage and liquidation can outweigh rewards. The official fee table currently lists base maker/taker rates of 0.02%/0.05% for commodities and indices and 0.05%/0.10% for single stocks. Check the live fee tier and market rules before any order. The historical lowest-fee offer for existing depositors is not assumed to apply to a new account.

The airdrop listing discusses a possible future token, but it does not establish a confirmed distribution. This guide covers the documented referral and promotional rewards. There is no verified token allocation or claim amount to promise.

Step-by-Step Guide to Reviewing QFEX Rewards

  1. Check your location and terms. Read the official restricted-location list and Client Agreement. Stop if you are in an excluded jurisdiction. Do not use a VPN or another identity to evade access rules.
  2. Review the platform. Eligible readers can visit the QFEX referral destination. The original referral parameter is preserved. Read the referral terms to understand the 10% fee refund and invitation limits before signing up. Enable the security controls offered in your account and complete any required verification.
  3. Inspect the current campaign before opting in. Open the Rewards Hub and read the Loss Refunds Program rules. Weekly registration runs from Monday 00:00 UTC to the next Monday 00:00 UTC. Verify the current period and all conditions in the terminal; illustrative figures on the public page are not live payouts.
  4. Understand costs and risk before funding. Read the fee schedule, funding rules and margin and liquidation documentation. Only trade if the product and risk suit you independently of rewards. This guide does not recommend placing trades or taking leverage to qualify.
  5. Track eligible rewards. If you already use QFEX and qualify, review your registration, realized results, volume and reward history in the dashboard. Referral income is assessed under the rolling 30-day rules and paid daily. Check the current terms again because QFEX may change or end promotions.

Learn & Earn: What Are Perpetual Futures?

Perpetual futures are contracts that track an asset's price without a fixed expiry date. They can reference a stock, an index or a commodity such as gold. Funding payments help connect the contract price to its reference market, while margin supports the position. Leverage magnifies losses as well as gains and can trigger liquidation.

Why it matters: QFEX rewards are tied to activity on a derivatives exchange, with trading fees and potential funding costs. A fee rebate or possible refund does not make a leveraged position safe or guarantee a positive return.
