NOWA Finance: Explore the 500M NOWA Devnet Program

NOWA Finance’s current Devnet farming program lets you explore an exchange with test assets. The project’s tokenomics assigns 0.5% of its 100 billion supply, or 500 million NOWA, to Devnet farming. This is a program-wide allocation, not an individual payout.

NOWA describes farming rewards as tokens recorded for a planned 1:1 allocation at its token generation event. Its published schedule releases 40% of the Devnet allocation at TGE and vests the remaining 60% over three months. A recorded balance does not establish a liquid market value or guarantee a payment date. Read the current tokenomics before participating.

About NOWA Finance

NOWA Finance is developing an exchange and Layer 2 ecosystem with an orderbook, liquidity vault and Buy Now, Pay Later financing. The public app exposes Trade, Vault, Earn and NOWA Farming sections. The current farming documentation identifies Devnet as the active phase.

The disconnected farming screen lists three mandatory requirements: follow the official social profile, invite at least one friend, and request Devnet funds. Eligibility and account-specific rewards must be checked in the live dashboard. We did not connect a wallet, submit social tasks or execute trades.

Opportunity Snapshot

  • Cost: Free Devnet test funds
  • Skill level: Intermediate
  • Time: About 20-30 minutes; referral timing varies
  • Network: NOWA Devnet
  • Reward: NOWA farming rewards; 500M program allocation

Step-by-Step Guide to NOWA Devnet

  1. Read the rules. Open the official farming documentation and terms. Confirm the current phase and requirements.
  2. Open the official dashboard. Visit NOWA Farming. If you choose to participate, use a dedicated wallet and inspect network and signature prompts yourself.
  3. Complete the displayed requirements. Follow the official social profile through the dashboard, invite at least one friend under the program rules, and request Devnet funds once unlocked. Referral completion may take longer than setup.
  4. Explore with test assets. Review the available spot, Vault and Earn activities and their eligible reward rules. Keep real funds out of this Devnet walkthrough. Test balances should not be treated as cash.
  5. Keep financed trades optional. The listing describes a free Starter option, while the official BNPL documentation lists a monthly price. Check the live Devnet terms rather than assuming subscriptions or borrowing are free. You can read the BNPL explanation without opening a position.
  6. Track verified activity. Return to the farming dashboard to review approved rewards and current limits. Avoid self-referrals. Recheck distribution and vesting terms before treating a displayed reward as a claimable token.

Learn & Earn: What Is Buy Now, Pay Later in Crypto?

Buy Now, Pay Later lets a trader contribute part of a purchase price while a protocol finances the rest. NOWA’s documentation uses assets such as BTC and ETH as examples. The purchased asset stays locked as collateral until the position is settled. Fees and liquidation rules still matter.

Why it matters: The devnet offers a place to study financing mechanics with test balances. Understanding repayments and collateral helps you distinguish a farming reward from the obligations of a financed trade.
