RAFA Finance testnet guide for exploring funds on Base Sepolia

RAFA Finance: Explore Testnet Funds on Base

RAFA Finance: Explore Testnet Funds on Base

RAFA Finance’s Base Sepolia test environment demonstrates how onchain fund deposits, shares and redemptions work with mock assets. Its official protocol documentation now marks the testnet rehearsal complete and says production deposits remain disabled pending an audit and other launch checks. Treat this as an educational testnet guide, and check the app’s current status before trying the steps below.

RAFA Finance is building fund infrastructure that records holdings, trades and fees onchain. Its project website separates the fund creator’s investment decisions from AI-assisted research and the protocol’s transaction controls. The research tools support human decisions. They do not independently manage capital.

What you can learn

The documented rehearsal includes Cash, Conservative, Balanced and Growth test funds. Their balances, prices and trading venues have no monetary value. You can use the guide to understand the deposit-to-share-to-redemption cycle, subject to the live test environment being available.

A test fund share is a receipt for a portion of a vault’s assets. The ERC-4626 standard describes common deposit and redemption methods, but an interface standard does not guarantee a vault’s safety or investment returns. Test balances also do not establish an entitlement to a token distribution. Testnet airdrop eligibility, allocation and timing remain unconfirmed.

Step-by-step guide for RAFA Finance testnet exploration

  1. Check the live environment. Open the RAFA investor platform and confirm that it currently offers testnet access. If the test environment is closed or unavailable, stop and use the protocol documentation instead.
  2. Select Base Sepolia. If access is open, use a dedicated test wallet and select the Base Sepolia network, chain ID 84532. Keep real assets separate from this exercise.
  3. Look for test assets. If the app offers its 10,000 tUSDC faucet, use those mock tokens for the exercise. You also need Base Sepolia ETH for testnet gas. The QuickNode Base Sepolia faucet is one available source, subject to its current access requirements. Do not buy or deposit real funds to complete this guide.
  4. Compare the test funds. Review the Cash, Conservative, Balanced and Growth options that the current interface makes available. With test assets only, choose an amount, review the wallet request and try a deposit. Check the resulting fund-share balance.
  5. Try a redemption. If the interface supports it, return to the fund’s Redeem tab and redeem a small amount of test shares. Compare the asset balance, share balance and transaction record before and after the exercise.
  6. Read the current updates. Check RAFA’s official account and community channel for access changes. A successful test transaction is practice, not proof of a monetary reward.
